Can I Be An Innovative Leader?

When we ask our teams to look for innovative ideas for any new product / service, one of the challenges is how to start and who is most appropriate to lead such exercise. In our views, we trust that everyone can be an innovative leader, as long as we can keep the 4 of the pillars in mind. Generally we can think of those in terms of symbols “+”, “-“, “x” & “/. “+” means that we take more trials on new ideas in order to discover more unique strength and features. “-“ refers to ask questions on new ideas in order to filter out any unnecessary features, “x” is to keep observing different markets for cross-reference & “/” goes for a need to consider each innovation separately for best fitting business model, as some need collaboration but others may require a total ownership.
